“T-shirts with the slogan ‘It’s Time’ symbolize our support for everyone battling malignant diseases and a call to action. No illness should be ignored, and the right to health and prevention should be a priority. By wearing these T-shirts, we share an important message with our colleagues, friends, and families, encouraging them to recognize and react to warning signs that could save lives,” stated representatives from Bingo.
Movember is a global campaign dedicated to raising awareness about men’s health. It focuses on prostate and testicular cancer prevention and mental health. Throughout November, men grow mustaches as a symbol of support and to draw attention to these critical issues.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, Movember is marked by various activities such as charity events, educational campaigns, free health check-ups, and social media actions. Many individuals and organizations use this month to encourage men to undergo regular health screenings and engage in open conversations about their health.
However, Bingo emphasizes that preventive check-ups shouldn’t be limited to November—”it’s time” for all 12 months of the year.
Let preventive screenings become part of everyday life, and early detection makes the fight against diseases easier. Caring for health and undergoing preventive check-ups do not diminish a man’s independence, confidence, or strength—they are an additional testament to maturity and seriousness.
