A record-breaking 498 applications were received in response to the public call, which was open from February 21. Following the selection process and several training days organized in collaboration with the Impakt Investment Foundation, 18 women developed 16 business ideas. At the end of the program, the eight most successful entrepreneurs received financial support to implement their business plans.
“The ‘Bold and Brave’ program provides financial support and gives women access to education, mentorship, and resources essential for long-term success. This year, by increasing the prize fund to 60,000 BAM, we have further strengthened their business initiatives and created better conditions for entrepreneurial development,” said Amina Čeliković from the marketing department of Bingo.

Sanja Miovčić, Executive Director of the Impact Investment Foundation, emphasized the importance of the Entrepreneurship Academy in enhancing participants’ entrepreneurial skills and developing their business ideas:
“This year, we had the opportunity to support these inspiring women even more. Recognizing their potential and dedication, we increased the prize fund, allowing two additional entrepreneurs to receive financial assistance. Our mission remains clear – to build strong foundations for successful women entrepreneurs who develop their projects, inspire future generations to follow their dreams, and actively contribute to community development.”

One of the grant recipients, Elena Joškić from Banja Luka, highlighted how much this support means for the development of her business, which she is launching with her business partner, Gordana Džafić:
“Through the training, we gained valuable knowledge, and the non-repayable grant will enable us to improve our business model and achieve our long-term goals.”
Project partners included Oaza, Libresse, Dorina, and Rafaello, while project supporters were Dita, Bambi (Plazma Kocka), Nutrino Lab, After Eight, Elode, Schwarzkopf, and Gliss.
From Kraš, one of the key partners, they explained their primary motivation for supporting this project:
“We are proud that, as a company with a rich tradition and well-known brands, we can support women who boldly step toward realizing their dreams. Every woman carries the strength to shape her future, and our goal is to be their support and inspiration.”
With the tenth edition of the “Bold and Brave” project, Bingo once again reaffirms its commitment to supporting women, believing that their initiative, dedication, and innovation are key factors in fostering entrepreneurship and strengthening the economy.
